James J. Crudele is an Associate Attorney who does not shy away from an opportunity to challenge himself. James’s practice focuses on Civil Litigation and Criminal Defense. James also advises clients, both public and private, on matters involving Tort Claims, Employment Discrimination, Regulatory Compliance, First Amendment Issues and other litigation matters.
Prior to attending law school, James worked in a variety of campaign and government affairs positions getting Senators, Members of Congress, Mayors, and State Legislators elected in states across the country. During Law School, James gained valuable experience working in Indigent Criminal Defense interning in the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender and the Defender Association of Philadelphia. James also served as a dedicated member of his Law School’s Criminal Defense Clinic.
Prior to joining Antonelli Kantor, James served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Candido Rodriguez, Jr., J.S.C. in the New Jersey Superior Court in Union County.
